Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures appointments run smoothly and our time is used efficiently

Every cancelled appointment or non attendance by a patient, means that other patients have to wait longer to get their appointment.

We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us time to offer the appointment to someone else. Emergencies occur and we understand that you may not be able to give us notice in those circumstances.

A fee may be charged if you are unable to give adequate notice of cancellation or fail to attend your appointment.
