Out of Hours

Out of Hours emergency advice service provided 365 days a year

For our patients who have an urgent dental problem or are in severe pain, we offer same day emergency appointments within our normal surgery hours.

However our service does not stop when the practice closes. We offer the following out of hours emergency service:

During the week

Out of hours emergency advice and treatment is provided by us on 07765 529681 and is free to Denplan patients. Denplan registered patients can also call Denplan on 0800 844999, when away from home.

On weekends and Bank Holidays

Emergency cover is provided via our local private on call rota on 07623 984723. The service at weekends commences 5pm Friday and finishes 10 pm Sunday. On Bank Holidays, the service runs between 9 am and 10 pm.

Please note that for Denplan patients there is an emergency call out charge of £20. Private patients are required to pay the full call out fee, along with the additional cost of their treatment.
